تلالس عبد الوهاب تحت اشراف الدكتور بومعراف جعفر2025-12-142025-12-142025http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/9770ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الأداء والتميّز في إدارة المشاريع الاستثمارية داخل مؤسسة مطاحن حمداوي مبروك – باب أوار، وذلك في ظل ما تفرضه بيئة الأعمال من تحديات تتطلب تحسين الأداء وتبني ممارسات التميّز لضمان نجاح واستدامة المشاريع. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة مكونة من 37 عاملًا تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من داخل المؤسسة، باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، ومعالجتها إحصائيًا بواسطة برنامج SPSS إصدار 26. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أبرزها أن العاملين عبّروا عن إدراك متفاوت لمفاهيم الأداء والتميّز، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأداء وإدارة المشاريع الاستثمارية، بينما تم رصد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التميّز وإدارة المشاريع، مما يشير إلى أهمية ممارسات التميّز في تحسين فعالية إدارة المشاريع داخل المؤسسة. كما كشفت النتائج عن نقائص في آليات تقييم الأداء، وضعف في التكوين، ومحدودية الاعتماد على التكنولوجيا الحديثة، وهي عوامل من شأنها التأثير سلبًا على نجاح المشاريع.ولم تُظهر الدراسة فروقًا دالة إحصائيًا تعزى للخصائص الديموغرافية مثل العمر أو المؤهل العلمي في مدى إدراك مفاهيم الأداء والتميّز. Abstract This study aims to explore the role of performance and excellence in investment project management within the HamdawiMabrouk Mills Company - Bab Ouar. This study examines the challenges posed by the business environment, which requires improved performance and the adoption of excellence practices to ensure the success and sustainability of projects. The study relied on a descriptive analytical approach. A field study was conducted on a sample of 37 workers intentionally selected from within the organization. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, and the data was statistically processed using SPSS version 26. The study reached several conclusions, most notably that workers expressed varying understandings of the concepts of performance and excellence. The results also showed no statistically significant relationship between performance and investment project management. However, a statistically significant relationship was observed between excellence and project management, indicating the importance of excellence practices in improving the effectiveness of project management within the organization. The results also revealed shortcomings in performance evaluation mechanisms, weak training, and limited reliance on modern technology, all of which negatively impact project success. The study did not show statistically significant differences attributable to demographic characteristics such as age or educational qualification in the extent of understanding the concepts of performance and excellence.otherThesis
