Its mission, composition, work, and organization were defined by Presidential Decree No. 139-21, issued on April 12, 2021, as amended and supplemented by Presidential Decree No. 349-23. The Observatory serves as a framework for dialogue, consultation, and the submission of proposals on all matters related to civil society. It also contributes to strengthening the role of civil society and promoting national and sustainable values, participatory democratic practices, and the values of citizenship.otherThesis
