ساعي حمزةتحت إشراف الأستاذة:برهوم علية2024-10-292024-10-292024http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/7291الملخص: حاولنا في هذه الدراسة إبراز مكانة الإصلاحات الاقتصادية في تجاوز الأزمات التي تمر بهـ الدول خاصة الجزائر ودورها الفعال في تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي للدولة وبالتالي في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، حيث بينت النتائج التحسن النسبي في مناخ استثمارها مع ملاحظ بقائها في مراتب متأخرة نسبيا وعدم سهولة ممارسة الأعمال ما يتطلب منها المسارعة في إجراء إصلاحات متخصصة قصد استهداف المستثمرين الأجانب ومحاولة استقطابهم إلى الجزائر. وبالاعتماد على المنهج القياسي، وتبعا لنتائج النموذج التي تحصلنا عليها من خلال الاستعان ببرنامج 10 views اقرت النتائج استقرار وتكامل السلاسل من الدرجة الأولى مع وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة المدى بين المتغيرين . Abstract In this study, we tried to highlight the role of economic reforms in overcoming the crises that countries are going through, especially Algeria, and their effective role in improving the country’s economic performance and thus attracting foreign direct investments. The results showed a relative improvement in its investment climate while noting that it remains in relatively backward ranks and the lack of ease of doing business. This requires it to quickly implement specialized reforms in order to target foreign investors and try to attract them to Algeria. Relying on the standard approach, and according to the model results that we obtained through the use of the eViews 10 program, the results confirmed the stability and integration of first-order series with the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the two variablesThesis
