كوكب الزمان بليردوححياة بجةجامعة أم البواقي2024-02-292024-02-292022-11-21http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/2368ملخص الدراسة : تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى الاداء الوظيفي لدى الممارسين النفسانيين في ولاية باتنة إلى جانب تحديد مستوى مشاعر الاغتراب الوظيفي لديهم مع تحديد العلاقة بين الاغتراب الوظيفي و الأداء المهني لديهم، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي و بإستخدام مقياسي الأداء المهني عادل حسن السيد 2005 والاغتراب الوظيفي بن زاهي منصور2007، وقد تم التوصل للنتائج التالية : مستوى الأداء الوظيفي للممارس العيادي مرتفع ، في حين أن مستويات الاغتراب الوظيفي لديهم منخفضة كما توجد علاقة إرتباطية عكسية سلبية بين المتغيرين لدى عينة الدراسة. Abstract The current study aims to determine the level of job performance among Psychologists practitioners in the state of Batna, in addition to determining the level of their feelings of job alienation with determining the relationship between job alienation and their professional performance, based on the correlative descriptive approach and using the two professional performance scales, Adel Hassan Al-Sayed 2005 and Job alienation Bin Zahi Mansour 2007, and the following results were reached: The level of job performance of the clinician is high, while their levels of job alienation are low, and there is a negative inverse correlation between the two variables in the study sample.Other
