حورة محمد فراستحت إشراف الأستاذ: صالح السعيد2024-03-032024-03-032022http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/3196تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تكوين المستخدمين في تحسين إنتاجية المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية ، باعتبار التكوين احد اهم الاليات التي تتبعها المؤسسة لهذا الغرض ، وعلى هذا الاساس فقد قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مستخدمي شركة نافطال وكالة خنشلة ،كما إعتمدنا في هاته الدراسة على المنهج - - الوصفي التحليلي و منهج دراسة الحالة للإجابة على الاشكالية والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات . ومن خلال تحليلنا للنتائج توصلنا إلى أن عملية التكوين تعد وسيلة إستراتيجية فعالة تستخدمها المؤسسة للرفع من مستوى اداء مستخدميها و الرفع من قدراتهم لما لها من نتائج ملموسة بعد كل عملية تكوينية ،كما تعتبر احد المعايير الاساسية لزيادة و تحسين إنتاجية المؤسسات This study aims to investigate the impact of users formation on improving the productivity of public economic institutions, as formation is one of the most important mechanisms that the institution follows for this purpose. On this basis, we conducted a field study on a sample of users of Naftal Company –khenchela Agency- ,we also adopted in this study the descriptive analytical method and the case study method to answer the dilemma and verify the validity of the hypotheses. Through our analysis of the results, we decided that the training process is an effective method used by the organization to raise the level of performance of its users and increase their capabilities because of its tangible results after each training process, as well as the formation process is also considered one of the basic criteria for increasing the productivity of the enterprise.Thesis
