The thesis also addresses the Council's adjudicatory powers regarding anti-competitive agreements, explaining how it intervenes to combat agreements aimed at restricting or distorting competition. Furthermore, the study discusses abusive practices committed by economic operators, including the abuse of a dominant position, economic dependency, and predatory pricing. The study also explores the non-adjudicatory powers of the Competition Council, particularly its advisory and supervisory functions; it elucidates the Council's role in issuing opinions and preventing anti-competitive conduct before it occurs, while emphasizing its role in monitoring economic concentration operations as a means of maintaining competitive balance in the market. The thesis concludes that the Competition Council serves as a vital mechanism for ensuring transparency and stability, as well as for protecting the national economy.otherصلاحيات مجلس المنافسة في ضبط السوق الجزائريThe Powers of the Competition Council in Regulating the Algerian MarketThesis
