LAADJEL WardaLAATAR Narimane2024-03-092024-03-092017-07579-064-MBhttp://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/3980RésuméCe travail a permis de mettre en évidence la population bactérienne thermophile d’une source thermale de l’Est Algérien, Hammam El Salhine -Khenchela-, qui sont des organismes unicellulaires capables de vivre dans des températures comprises entre 45°C et 70 °. L’isolement et la purification de ces microorganismes sur des milieux spécifique à des températures de 55°C ont permis la détermination de 11 souches appartient à sept genres : Anoxybacillus, Geobacillus, Caldimonas, Laceyella, Caldibacillus, Kroppenstedtia et Thermobacillus. Parmis ces dernières, plus de 70% ont montré des activités biochimiques hydrolytiques extracellulaires ; amylolytique, protéolytiques et lipolytiques. Ces souches ont également montré une bonne tolérance des températures élevées allant jusqu’à 70°C ce qui ouvre des perspectives pour des applications dans le domaine industriel. Abstract This work demonstrated the thermophilic bacterial population living in a thermal spring in the East of Algeria, exactly in Hammam El Salhine -Khenchela-which are unicellular organisms able to live between 45 ° C and 70 ° C. The isolation and purification of these microorganisms in specific media at 55 ° C has allowed the determination of 11 strains that Belong to seven genus: Anoxybacillus, Geobacillus, Caldimonas, Laceyella, Caldibacillus, Kroppenstedtia and Thermobacillus.More of 70% of them showed extracellular activities hydrolytic; amylolytic, proteolytic and lipolytic. These strains have also showed good tolerance to high temperatures up to 70 ° C, which opens prospects for applications in the industrial field. ملخص یمكننا ھذ ا العمل من تسلیط الضوء على المجتمع البكتیري الالیف للحرارة لمنبع حراري حمام الصالحین بالشرق الجزائري –خنشلة-. وھي كائنات مجھریة وحیدة الخلیة قادرة على العیش في درجات حرارة تتراوح بین 45 و 70 درجة مئویة. عزل وتنقیة ھذه الكائنات المجھریة في أ وساط محددة تحت درجة حرارة 55 درجة مئویة یسمح بتحدید 11 سلالة ،Caldibacillus ،Laceyella ،Caldimonas ،Geobacillus ، Anoxybacillus: ینتمون إلى سبع أجناسمن بین ھذه الأخیرة, أكثر من 70 ٪ أظھرت أنشطة بیوكیمیائیة حلمھیة . Thermobacillus و Kroppenstedtia خارج الخلیة; محلل النشا، محلل بروتین و محلل الشحمیات. وأظھرت ھذه السلالات أیضا تحمل لدرجات الحرارة العالیة التي تصل إلى 70 درجة مئویة مما یفتح آفاقا للتطبیقات في المجال الصناعي.frThesis
