مالكية نبيلبوقرة العمرية2024-02-192024-02-192022-01-15http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/1611إن الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تقديم وصف تحليلي حول أسباب نشوء الفساد الوظيفي ومخاطره، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على أهم هذه الأسباب والمخاطر، فهناك أسباب قانونية وإدارية وأسباب اقتصادية وأسباب اجتماعية وسياسية، ومهما كانت هذه الأسباب فحتما سينجم عنها مخاطر وانعكاسات على جميع الأصعدة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم النتائج والتوصيات المتوصل اليها في مجال دراسة الموضوع، لا سيما الحلول المقترحة للقضاء على أسباب الفساد الوظيفي، ومن ثم الحد أو التقليل من مخاطره. The purpose of this study is to provide an analytical description of the causes of functional corruption emergence and its risks, because there are factors administrative, economic, social and political reasons, and whatever these reasons, they will inevitably lead to risks at all levels. The study concluded by highlighting the main findings and recommendations, especially the proposed solutions to eliminate the causes of the functional corruption and then limit or reduce its risks.
