مناصرية سميحةعبد الرزاق وهبة سيد أحمد محمد2024-01-282024-01-282023-04-252830-8034http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/71يشكل استخدام الطاقة النووية لتوليد الطاقة الكهربائية مسعى مهم وضروري لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة في ظل خطر نضوب المصادر التقليدية للطاقة، الا أنه يحمل في طياته العديد من المخاطر كخشية تسرب اشعاعات نووية الى البيئة المحيطة، وأيضا خطر التخلص من النفايات المترتبة عنها، و لكن يمكن الوصول الى التقليل من حدة هاته المخاطر من خلال تحري الدقة والحيطة في استخدام الطاقة النووية والتخلص من النفايات وفقا للطرق العصرية الصحيحة والآمنة، و لا يتم ذلك الا في اطار احترام القواعد القانونية الدولية والوطنية للتعامل مع استخدام الطاقة النووية لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة في ظل حماية الامن البيئي The use of nuclear energy to generate electric power is an important and necessary endeavor to achieve sustainable development in light of the risk of depletion of the traditional sources of energy, but it carries with it many leak risks, such as the fear ofage of nuclear radiation into the surrounding environment, and also the risk of disposing of the waste resulting from it. Reducing the severity of these risks by investigating accuracy and precaution in the use of nuclear energy and disposing of waste according to the correct and safe modern methods, and this framework is only done within the respecting the international and national legal rules for dealing with the use of nuclear energy to achieve sustainable development while protecting environmental securitotherArticle
