For this purpose bacteriological analyzes were carried out on five samples following the Tachekranet supply network, the first two samples concern the source itself and the borehole that supplies the reservoir, then three random samp les were taken in order to control the quality of water intended for consumers. Our results revealed the absence of total and fecal coliforms, total and fecal Streptococci, Clostridium sulfite-reducing agents and Salmonella in all samples. However, the presence of Pasteurella pneumotropica was detected in the sample (E1). These analyzes showed that the analyzed samples intended for human consumption present a good bacteriological quality and compatible with the potability properties described by national and international standardsfrContrôle bactériologique de la potabilité de l’eau des puits et/ou des sourcesThesis
