داود سناءتحت إشراف الاستاذ العايش عبد العزيز2024-07-112024-07-112024http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/5941الملخص : ان ارتفاع درجة التحضر و زيادة عناصر الجذب بالمدينة كلها عوامل ساهمت في زيادة تدفق وانتقال المهاجرين من الأرياف الى المدن ، و تعتبر هذه الظاهرة الاجتماعية والديموغرافية ظاهرة شغلت بال عديد الباحثين والمهتمين في مجالات ذات صلة و اكدت على ضرورة قياسها و تفسيرها ومعرفة أسبابها ومظاهرها وآثارها . و أفرز هذا الواقع الحضري الجديد ممارسة للعديد من الانشطة الاقتصادية بالكثير من الفضاءات الحضرية و أغلبها ضمن ما يسمى بالأنشطة الاقتصادية الغير الرسمية أو الموازية ، و هي أنشطة ذات خصوصية لا يبحث ممارسيها عن مقار ثابتة ولا يخضع النشاط للرقابة و الضبط الجبائي ، إضافة الى كثرة انتشار هده الأنشطة في المناسبات خصوصا وبمجالات حضرية معينة . ان زيادة حدة الهجرة الريفية نحو المدن ببلادنا ساهم في انخراط الكثير من المهاجرين الجدد في هذه الأنشطة مما استدعى الامر دراسة و تتبع هده الظاهرة علميا ، وهو ما قمنا به في هذه الدراسة ، بحث ناقشتنا مسألة ممارسة الأنشطة الغير رسمية من طرف المهاجرين بالفضاءات الحضرية . Summary: The increase in urbanization and the allure of urban amenities have contributed to a significant influx of migrants from rural areas to cities. This social and demographic phenomenon has garnered considerable attention from researchers and stakeholders in related fields, emphasizing the need to measure, interpret, and understand its causes, manifestations, and impacts. The rise of this new urban reality has led to the proliferation of various economic activities within urban spaces, predominantly within the realm of informal or parallel economic activities. These activities are characterized by their informality, lack of fixed premises, and absence of regulatory oversight and taxation, particularly prevalent in certain urban areas and occasions. The intensification of rural migration to urban centers in our country has led many new migrants to engage in these activities, necessitating a scientific study and analysis of this phenomenon.
