غزال موسى ؛ نجار إسحاق تحت اشراف الدكتور زعيمي رمزي2025-12-172025-12-172025http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/9797ملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإدارة الإلكترونية وتقديم المفاهيم الأساسية المرتبطة بالموضوع، وإزالة اللبس والغموض حول هذا المفهوم الذي يتداخل مع مفاهيم أخرى متشابهة. كما سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الإدارة الإلكترونية من حيث قدرتها على تحسين مستوى جودة الخدمات الاقتصادية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أبرزها أن الإدارة الإلكترونية، كمفهوم حديث، هي نتاج تطور نوعي أفرزته تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة في ظل ثورة المعلومات، وازدياد الحاجة إلى توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة في إدارة علاقات المواطن بالمؤسسات. وللإدارة الإلكترونية مبادئ وخصائص وأهداف تتجه جميعها نحو الوصول إلى تقديم أفضل خدمة للمواطن بأقل تكلفة ممكنة وفي أسرع وقت ممكن. Abstract: This study aimed to explore the concept of electronic management, present the basic concepts related to it, and clarify the confusion surrounding this concept, which often overlaps with other similar terms. It also sought to examine the impact of electronic management on improving the quality of economic services. The study reached several findings. One of the most important is that electronic management is a modern concept that emerged as a result of the qualitative development brought about by modern communication technologies, in the context of the information revolution and the growing need to employ modern technology in managing the relationship between citizens and institutions.
