It targets the most vulnerable groups due to their vulnerability and inability to defend themselves. The perpetrators' motives vary, from ransom demands to sexual exploitation and organ trafficking, making this a multidimensional crime. This phenomenon negatively impacts children and their families psychologically and socially, undermining security and stability within society. Although laws protecting children exist, some legislation needs to be developed and better implemented to effectively combat this crime. Therefore, combating child abduction requires integrated efforts that include harsher penalties, enhanced coordination between security, judicial, and social agencies, raising social awareness, and providing psychological support to victims. The use of technology and educational programs also plays an important role in preventing and detecting abductions.
