Abstract French president François Holland gave a speech in Algeria on 20th December 2012, and our part we tried to analyze his speech, according to the theory pragmatism text for: Jean-Michel- ADAM ,and from our role we try get out his strategies to understand what are the rules where he wanted to arrive for it from this speech.that he was giving historical facts to involve the relations between Algeria and France.
