حمداوي رياض عبد الصمدبوشانة أسامةتحت اشراف الأستاذ: سمير براهيمي2025-09-292025-09-292024http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/9456المخص: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أثر استخدام إجراءات رقمنة قطاع التعليم العالي له أثر إيجابي على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي، وذلك من خلال سرعة ودقة تنفيذ عمليات الرقمنة وتوظيفها في المجال التعليمي، المجال البحثي والإدارة الالكترونية مما يؤدي إلى تحسينجودة الخدمات المقدمة على مستوى المؤسسات التعليمية.ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري والذي يتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة كما تم استعمال منهج دراسة ميدانية في الجانب التطبيقي، وقد تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى ثلاثة فصول، حيث يعالج الفصل الأول الإطار المفاهيمي الرقمنة قطاع التعليم العالي، أما الفصل الثاني فيعالج أداء الأستاذ الجامعي من خلال الرقمنة، وفيما يخص الفصل الثالث التطبيقي فيتناول دراسة تطبيقية على مستوى كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير خنشله. Summary in English The study concluded that the impact of implementing digitization procedures in the higher education sector has a positive effect on the performance of university professors. This is achieved through the speed and accuracy of executing digitization processes and their application in the educational field, research field, and electronic administration, leading to an improvement in the quality of services provided at educational institutions. To achieve these objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was used in the theoretical aspect, which is suitable for the nature of the study. Additionally, a field study method was employed in the practical aspect. The study was divided into three chapters: the first chapter addresses the conceptual framework of the digitization of the higher education sector; the second chapter deals with the performance of university professors through digitization; and the third chapter, which is practical, involves an applied study at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences in Khenchela. In conclusion, the study found that the use of digitization procedures in the higher education sector has a positive impact on the performance of university professors and the success of the educational institution.Thesis
