رحالي مروة ؛ دراجي أمال تحت اشراف الدكتور دندن صالح2025-12-162025-12-162025http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/9779ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور الذكاء الاقتصادي في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية, وتم التركيز على مؤسسة الضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء خنشلة كدراسة حالة. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال جمع البيانات باستخدام أداة الاستبيان الموجهة إلى عينة من إطارات المؤسسة بلغ عددها 30 إطارا, حيث تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS وفد تم بناء الدراسة على فرضيتين رئيسيتين ترتبط الأولى بوجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق أدوات الذكاء الاقتصادي ورفع القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسة, فيما ترتبط الثانية بمساهمة الذكاء الاقتصادي في دعم عملية اتخاذ القرار وتحسين الأداء الاستراتيجي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ايجابية بين إبعاد الذكاء الاقتصادي 'اليقظة الإستراتيجية, جمع وتحليل المعلومات, التنبؤ والتخطيط الاستراتيجي) وتحقيق ميزة تنافسية لمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء خنشلة, ما يؤكد أهمية تبني آليات الذكاء الاقتصادي كمدخل لتعزيز التنافسية في المؤسسات العمومية. Abstract This study aimed to explore the role of economic intelligence in enhancing the competitiveness of economic institutions, with a focus on the Social Security Fund for Non-Salaried Workers in Khenchela as a case study. The analytical descriptive method was adopted, and data was collected using a questionnaire directed at a sample of 30 executives from the institution. The data was analyzed using the statistical software SPSS. The study was built on two main hypotheses: the first suggests a statistically significant relationship between the application of economic intelligence tools and the enhancement of the institution's competitiveness, while the second relates to the contribution of economic intelligence in supporting decision-making processes and improving strategic performance. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between the dimensions of economic intelligence (strategic watch, information collection and analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning) and achieving a competitive advantage for the National Social Security Fund for Non-Salaried Workers in Khenchela. This confirms the importance of adopting economic intelligence mechanisms as an approach to enhancing competitiveness in public institutions.otherThesis
