This intervention aims to shed light on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the global and Algerian economy, and the extent of its impact on the inevitability of moving towards e-government, as the experiences of some Arab countries compared to Algeria were presented. it was concluded this pandemic greatly affected all the economies, but indifferent between countries that depend traditional government and the e-government, the study concluded experiences of some Arab countries are acceptable compared to Algeria, Which stays far by ranking in last ranks.otherWorking Paper
