The main objectives were to check students' knowledge about translation. And the way that they follow to translate by using shifts . We gathered data about the situation(some of the students) .A test and an interview were administered to students and teachers . The findings of data analyses revealed probably positive results revealed concerning their understanding andusing these shifts in their translation.
