SAI Besma2025-03-172025-03-172022http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/8390Résumé L’étude que nous avons menée dans ce mémoire s’inscrit dans le cadre la sociolinguistique interactionnelle, qui se porte sur l’usage de français dans la communication entre médecin /patient qui sont considérés comme des composantes indispensables dans le processus thérapeutique. Surtout parce que cette langue qui prend un statut privilégié dans le parler des algériens d’un côté, et la langue de formation des médecins de l’autre côté. La partie théorique a pour objectif, de présenter les principales notions et la situation sociolinguistique concernant les langues en présence en Algérie, nous avons prendre la communication et l’interaction comme des éléments centraux de notre recherche. Dans la partie pratique, Nous avons mené une enquête par questionnaire dans un établissement de santé public, pour but de réinvestir les outils théoriques sans le dépouillement et l’analyse du corpus. Pour conclure les résultats de notre étude semblent affirmer des hypothèses et infirmer d’autres. This isespeciallytruesincethislanguage has a privilegedstatus in the speech of Algerians on the one hand, and the language of training of doctors on the other hand. The theoretical part aims at presenting the main notions and the sociolinguistic situation concerning the languagespresent in Algeria, we have taken communication and interaction as central elements of ourresearch. In the practical part, weconducted a quest ionnaire survey in a public health institution, with the aim of reinvesting the theoreticaltoolswithout the analysis of the corpus.
