Résumé: la réforme globale optée par le Ministère de l'éducation nationale a été incluse comme une dimension stratégique pour améliorer la qualité et le rendement du système éducatif algérien en adoptant des programmes de formation continue qui fournissent un cadre approprié pour la formation et l'élévation du niveau des acteurs de l’éducation en créant des compétences qui tiennent compte des besoins de chaque catégorie pour exercer leurs fonctions rationnellement et de manière responsable. الملخص : اختار الإصلاح الشامل وزارة التعليم بوصفه بعدا استراتيجيا لتحسين نوعية الكفاءة في النظام التعليمي الجزائري عن طريق اعتماد برامج للتدريب المستمر التي تقدم إطارا يناسب التدريب وارتفاع مستوى المشاركة في التعليم من خلال خلق المهارات التي تراعى احتياجات كل فئة على أداء مهامهم بعقلانية بطريقة مسؤولة.enArticle
