بن جمعة هناءعمامري هديلتحت اشراف د . بلعابد دليلة2024-05-272024-05-272023http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/5418الملخص ،هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الجامعة في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الطالبة حاملي المشاريع حيث تمحورت هذه الدراسة على سؤال رئيسي مفاده: ما مدى مساهمة الجامعة في دعم و تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبتها؟ وكان ذلك من خلال د راسة ميدانية أجري على مستوى كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم :التسيير-خنشلة- وللإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي تم اعتماد أربع فرضيات تمثل في هل للهيئة التدريسية دور في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-خنشلة- ؟ هل للتربصات الميدانية دور في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-خنشلة- ؟ هل للندوات والأنشطة والملتقيات دور في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-خنشلة- ؟ هل للجامعة دور في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-خنشلة- ؟ وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان تضمن 23 سؤ الا موزعة على محورين وشمل عينة مقدرة ب 61 طالب :ماستر 2، وتوصلنا إلى مجموعة نتائج أهمها يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة sig≥ 0.05 لمساهمة الهيئة التدريسية في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-خنشلة يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة sig≥ 0.05 لمساهمة التربصات الميدانية في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-خنشل يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة  sig≥ 0.05 لمساهمة الندوات والأنشطة والملتقيات في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-خنشلة يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة sig≥ 0.05 لمساهمة الجامعة في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-خنشلة Summary This study aimed to know the university's role in promoting the entrepreneurial culture of the student project holders. This was done through a field study conducted at the level of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - Khenchela - and to answer the main question, four hypotheses were adopted:  Does the teaching staff have a role in promoting entrepreneurial culture among students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - Khenchela - ?  Do field internships have a role in promoting entrepreneurial culture among students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - Khenchela?-  Do seminars, activities and forums have a role in promoting entrepreneurial culture among students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - Khenchela?-  Does the university have a role in promoting entrepreneurial culture among students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - Khenchela?- The questionnaire was relied on, which included 23 questions distributed on two axes, and included a sample estimated at 60 Master 2 students, and we reached a set of results, the most important of which are:  There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (sig ≥ 0.05) for the contribution of the faculty in promoting entrepreneurial culture among students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - Khenchela.  There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (sig ≥ 0.05) for the contribution of field internships in promoting entrepreneurial culture among students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - Khenchela.  There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (sig ≥ 0.05) for the contribution of seminars, activities and forums in promoting entrepreneurial culture among students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - Khenchela.  There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (sig≥ 0.05) for the university's contribution to promoting entrepreneurial culture among students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - Khenchela-otherThesis
