كواشي مراد2024-03-312024-03-312017-06-152352-9806http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/4531نـحاول في هذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على تطور مبدأ السيادة ودور السياسة الدولية بزعامة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في تسيير العدالة الدولية، على نحو يتماشى مع مصالحها الشخصية على حساب العالم بأكمله ، حيث جعلت من مجلس الأمن الدولي آلة في يدها تستعملها كما تشاء ،دون مراعاة للجانب السلمي في العالم الذي تدعى حمايته، بالإضافة إلى تناول المحاكم الوطنية ذات الاختصاص الدولي و المحاكم المختلطة ،وذلك كون المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الدائمة فقدت مصداقيتها في نظر الكثير من دول العالم ، ولأن الواقع يثبت عدة انتهاكات دولية دون أن تتحرك هذه الأخيرة. In this study, we attempt to shed light on the development of the principle of sovereignty and the role of international politics led by the United States of America in administering international justice, in a manner consistent with its personal interests at the expense of the entire world, as it has made the UN Security Council a machine in its hand that it can use as it pleases, without regard to the peaceful aspect. In the world that it claims to protect, in addition to dealing with national courts with international jurisdiction and mixed courts, this is because the permanent International Criminal Court has lost its credibility in the eyes of many countries in the world, and because the reality proves several international violations without the latter taking action.otherArticle
