The aim of this study to highlight the role of the strategic planning in ensuring the quality of education in institutions of higher education and the Arab countries through the answer to the problem: how to contribute to the strategic planning in improving the quality of education in institutions of higher education and the Arab countries? The study concluded, inter alia, to the results of the most important of which is that the strategic planning and contribute to improving the quality of education in the institutions of higher education through its role in establishing the vision of the future and participatory within the institutions of higher education, to increase the membership of the message of the institution to increase support for the internal and external levels and improve the general appearance of the higher education institutions and measurementArticle
