However, this right was documented in the constitution and recognized by international-human-rights law, but in return it restricted it with restrictions and controls, in addition to the fact that technology had a share in influencing this right, and giving it another legal look, both in terms of the elements of peaceful demonstration, or the way in which it is carried out.
