هزيل عمرتحت إشراف الأستاذ: مسعي عبد الحليم2024-03-042024-03-042022http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/3281سعينا جاهدين من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أحد أهم الاساليب التي تساهم في إنشاء واستمرار المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وكذا الناشئة ألا وهو أسلوب المرافقة العمومية، وإلى تبيان مدى أهمية ودورها الفعال في التخفيف من حدة الصعوبات التي تحول دون انشاء وبقاء هذه المؤسسات، باعتبارها مشجع على خلق بيئة عمل ملائمة لتطويرها، فمن خلال هذا تم التعرف على مفهوم المرافقة العمومية والمؤسسات الناشئة وحاضنات الأعمال وتقديم مختلف هيئات الدعم والمساعدة على إنشائها وتوصلت الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن هناك عالقة وثيقة مبنية على أسس قوية تربط بين المرافقة العمومية وإنشاء المؤسسات، حيث تساعد المرافقة العمومية الطلبة والمقاولين على الدخول إلى عالم الاعمال من خلال تقديم الدورات التدريبية والاستشارات التي تساعدهم في اختيار أفضل آليات الدعم، وتوفير بيئة أعمال متكاملة تساعدهم في تحقيق واستدامة مشاريعهم. Through this study, we have striven to highlight one of the most important methods that contribute to the establishment and continuation of SMEs as well as young people, namely, the method of public accompaniment, and to demonstrate the importance and effective role in alleviating the difficulties preventing the establishment and survival of these institutions, as a fan of creating a suitable working environment for their development, through which the concept of public accompaniment, start-ups and business incubators has been identified and various support bodies have been provided and assisted in their establishment. The study finally found that there is a close relationship based on strong foundations linking public escort and the establishment of institutions, where public escorts help students and contractors enter the business world by providing training courses and consultations that help them choose the best support mechanisms, and provide an integrated business environment that helps them achieve and sustain their projects.Thesis
