بوقندورة سعاد2024-02-052024-02-052022-04-262532-6089http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/244تشكل التغيرات المناخية ظاهرة تثير قلق المجتمع الدولي ككل لما لها من انعكاسات خطيرة طالت مختلف مجالات و أبعاد الأمن الإنساني خاصة المتعلقة بالبيئة و التنمية المستديمة؛ حيث و من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية قمنا بالوقوف عند أسباب هذه الظاهرة و آثارها على البيئة و التنمية المستدامة، إذ أنها تتسبب في الكثير من الأضرار بالنسبة للكائنات الحية و التي على رأسها الإنسان، لهذه الظاهرة مسببات عدة بعضها طبيعي و البعض الآخر ناتج عن تدخلات الإنسان غير الرشيدة في الأنظمة البيئية بصورة كبيرة تضر بها و قد تؤدي إلى تلفها. كما درسنا جهود منظمة الأمم المتحدة و المنظمة العالمية للأرصاد الجوية في سبيل التخفيف من حدة التغيرات المناخية؛ هذا الهدف لن يتحقق إلا بتظافر الجهود الدولية و خلق و تبادل تكنولوجيا باستخدام الطاقات المتجددة النظيفة . Climate change is a phenomenon of concern to the international community as a whole because of its serious repercussions on various fields and dimensions of human security, especially those related to the environment and sustainable development, as it causes a lot of damage to living organisms, primarily humans,This phenomenon has several causes, some of which are natural. Others are the result of irrational human interventions in environmental systems that greatly harm them and may led to damage. We have also studied the efforts of the United Nations and the World Meteorplogical Organization in order to mitigate climate change. This goal will not be achieved without concerted international efforts and the creation and exchange of technology using clean renewable energies.otherArticle
