تافرونت عبد الكريمرمضاني ابتسام2024-02-152024-02-152018-09-302571-9971http://dspace.univ-khenchela.dz:4000/handle/123456789/1218أصبح استهلاك المخدرات و المؤثرات العقلية و كذا ترويجها غير المشروعين ظاهرة مقلقة لكل الدول في العالم؛ لاسيما أنّها استفحلت في أوساط الشباب و المراهقين و حتى النساء و لم تكن الجزائر بمنأى عن هذه الآفة إذ صارت في الآونة الأخيرة بلد استهلاك و وزراعة و كذا دولة عبور الأمر الذي يجسّد تهديدا خطيرا للأمن و النظام العام في البلاد، و لمّا كان من الواجب التصدّي لكل ظاهرة مناهضة للمصالح المحمية قانونا؛ وجب الحزم و التصدّي لظاهرة المخدّرات و الحد من الارتفاع المخيف لمعدلات الجرائم المرتبطة بهذه الأخيرة ، و عليه سنتناول في هذه الدراسة كيف كافح المشرّع الجزائري هذه الفئة من الجرائم من خلال قانون الوقاية من المخدرات و المؤثرات العقلية و قمع الاستعمال و الاتجار غير المشروعين بها. the consumption of drugs and psychotropic substances and as well as the illicit promotion of has become a worrying phenomenon for all countries of the world, especially as it is exacerbated among young people, adolescents and women and Algeria was not at l sheltered from this scourge because it has recently become the country of consumption and culture and as well as a country of transit which embodies a serious threat to security and public order in the country, and which was necessary to face any phenomenon that affects protected interests and rights, and it had to fight against the drug phenomenon and reduce the alarming rates of crime linked to this recent increase, and we will discuss in this study how the Algerian legislator fought this category of crime by the law for the prevention of narcotics and psychotropic substances and to repress their illicit use and trafficking.otherArticle
