Abstract This research deals with an important topic in the Arabic linguistic lesson, and the Western lesson, namely, “The topic of context and its significance in the Quranic text”, specifically in Surat Al-Nur, where we defined the concept of context and its types, while clarifying the features of its use in the Arab heritage as well as the Western lesson, trying to identify that On the various contexts and indications contained in the surah, and to identify the points of difference in which the scholars and interpretation occurred.
