| dc.description.abstract | للنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني لجأت الدولة الجزائرية إلى سياسة جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية، فقامت بالنص في القانون 16-09 على حرية الاستثمار، كما قدمت مجموعة من الحقوق للمتعامل الأجنبي الذي يستثمر داخل إقليمها، حيث يتمتع بالحق في عدم المساس بالملكية، اللجوء إلى التحكيم التجاري الدولي لحل النزاعات الناشئة بين المستثمر و الدولة المضيفة، حرية تحويل رؤوس الأموال إلى الخارج. To advance the national economy, the Algerian state resorted to a policy of attracting foreign investments. It stipulated in Law 16-09 freedom of investment. It also provided a set of rights to the foreign dealer who invests within its territory, as he enjoys the right not to infringe on ownership, resorting to international commercial arbitration to resolve disputes.
