dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق التدقيق الاجتماعي في مجمع صيدال لتفعيل أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية، باعتبار مؤسسات المجمع المبادرة في تطبيق مهنة التدقيق الاجتماعي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية وهي اعتماد المؤسسة محل الدراسة على تطبيق التدقيق الاجتماعي وفق معاييره المتعارف عليها في مراجعة ومراقبة وتقييم أداء المؤسسة، والذي ينعكس بالإيجاب على البعد الخيري والاخلاقي والقانوني والاقتصادي للمسؤولية الاجتماعي This study aims to Identify at The reality of social auditing in the Sidal complex to activate the dimensions of social responsibility, As the institutions of the Sidal Complex in the implementation of the profession of social auditing. The study reached a fundamental result which is the adoption by the institution under study to apply the social auditing according toits accepted standards in reviewing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of the institution, which is reflected positively on the charitable, moral, legal and economic dimension of social responsibilityة.
