Abstract
الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الفعال للتقنيات الرقمية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الجبائية بالجزائر مع التركيز على دراسة حالة مديرية الضرائب بولاية خنشلة .
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق تقنيات الرقمنة أسهم بشكل ملحوظ في تسريع وتبسيط الإجراءات الجبائية، وتحسين العلاقة بين التقنيات الحديثة وكفاءة الأداء الإداري في تقديم الخدمات الجبائية.
كما أوصت الدراسة بتوسيع تطبيق الرقمنة لتشمل باقي المديريات الجبائية في الجزائر، وتوفير التدريب المستمر للعاملين في هذا القطاع لضمان استفادة كاملة من هذه التقنيات.
Abstract
This study aimed to shed light on the effective role of digital technologies in improving the quality of tax services in Algeria, with a particular focus on the case study of the Tax Directorate in Khenchela Province.
The study found that the implementation of digitization technologies has significantly contributed to accelerating and simplifying tax procedures, as well as enhancing the relationship between modern technologies and administrative performance efficiency in delivering tax services.
The study also recommended expanding the application of digitization to other tax directorates across Algeria and providing continuous training for employees in this sector to ensure the full benefits of these technologies are realized.
