dc.description.abstractAbstract The media is considered one of the most important technological developments in the field of communication and the focus of many academic studies, and it is a fundamental issue of the problem at hand. However, this dissertation studies the cultural implications of TV shows and their impact on the attitudes and behavior of Algerian audience in particular through entertainment and how they interact with its aspects. Furthermore, the proliferation of television programs in various parts of the world led to the possibility of watching them all over the world and being influenced by them culturally and behaviorally. The TV shows have become the main driver of civilizations and have outpaced the rise of xenocentrism. The research approach adopted for this thesis includes a descriptive study using a quantitative design. In addition to a questionnaire that is administrated to 70 EFL learners.
