| dc.description.abstract | الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن دور الاتصالات الإدارية في تحقيق فعالية القرارات الإدارية في وكالتي سونلغاز باتنة وخنشلة. معتمدة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية. أما فيما يخص التحليل الاحصائي لهذه البيانات فقد تم الاعتماد على برنامجSPSS؛واستخدمت أدوات التحليل التالية: معامل الارتباط بيرسون، معامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ، التكرارات، النسب المئوية، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري،اختبارالتوزيعالطبيعي، اختبارT للعينات المستقلة، اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي F.قد خلصت الدراسة الى أن الاتصالات الإدارية تلعب دوراً محورياً في فعالية القرارات الإدارية بنسب متفاوتة بين الوكالتين، الأمر الذي أظهر حاجة ملحة للتحسين، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتعزيز مشاركة الموظفين في صنع القرار وتقييم القرارات المتخذة. بناءً على هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بتعزيز الاتصال التصاعدي من خلال تشجيع آراء الموظفين وتطوير استخدام التكنولوجيا لتسريع الاتصالات وضمان فعاليتها، معالجة عوائق الاتصال من خلال التكوين المستمر والمتخصص وزيادة مشاركة الموظفين في اتخاذ القرارات لضمان التزامهم بها، وتطوير آليات تقييم دورية لقياس فعالية القرارات. Abstract: This study aims to explore the role of administrative communication in enhancing the effectiveness of administrative decisions at the Sonelgaz agencies in Batna and Khenchela. Adopting a descriptive and analytical methodology, the research relied on a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. Statistical analysis of the data was conducted using SPSS software, employing the following analytical tools: Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient, frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, normality tests, independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA (F-test). The study concluded that administrative communication plays a pivotal role in the effectiveness of administrative decisions, albeit to varying degrees between the two agencies. This highlights an urgent need for improvement, particularly in enhancing employee participation in decision-making processes and evaluating implemented decisions. Based on these findings, the study recommends: strengthening upward communication by encouraging employee feedback and leveraging technology to streamline and ensure effective communication; addressing communication barriers through structured and specialized training programs; increasing employee involvement in decision-making to foster commitment; and establishing periodic evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of decisions. | |
