dc.description.abstractستعرض الورقة البحثية مختلف النظريات والمقاربات التي حاولت شرح وتفسير وجود الابتكار المالي، ولعل اهم تلك المقاربات هي النظرية التي تنظر الى الهندسة المالية الإسلامية على انها عملية فك وتركيب، وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى اسقاط نظرية الفك والتركيب على الابتكار في الصناعة المالية الإسلامية من خلال الصكوك الوقفية، كما تستهدف تقييم هذا النموذج من الصكوك من خلال عوامل نجاح الابتكار المالي الإسلامي. ومن اجل تحقيق هذا الهدف، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان هناك أدوات مالية إسلامية تمثل عملية فك وتركيب للصكوك الوقفية، وبالتالي تنجح النظرية في تبرير وجودها محققة للهدف الأسمى الهندسة المالية الإسلامية وهو الكفاءة الاقتصادية والمصداقية الشرعية. This paper reviews different therories and approches that have been developped to explain financial innovation. The most important among which is the bundling and unbundling theory. The aim of this paper is demystifing the implication of bundling and unbundling approach in islamic finance through waqf sukuk. In order to acheive this aim, descriptive and analytical approach is used ; the findings suggest that bundling and unbundling process can successfully explain waqf sukuk through a large extent innovations, and acheiving the main role of islamic financial innovation represented on economic efficiency and legitimate credibility.
