Abstract
ABSTRACT
In fast food, the most important factor is HYGIENE where several measures and precautions must be
taken to avoid contamination of food for consumption. If the elementary rules of hygiene are neglected;
it follows that the meals are considerable risks due t
harmful microorganisms to the health
