Abstract
تحاول هذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على آليات الضبط الإداري البيئي ودورها في حماية البيئة في الجزائر، والتي تعتبر من أهم الوسائل القانونية التي اعتمدها المشرع الجزائري.
وقد تعددت صور و آليات الحماية القانونية للبيئة من خلال الضبطية الإدارية في التشريع الجزائري، التي تتضمن حلولا وقائية وأخرى ردعية ينتظر منها أن تساهم إلى حد كبير في مواجهة الانتهاكات المتكررة للبيئة في الجزائرThis study attempts to shed light on the mechanisms of environmental administrative control and their role in protecting the environment in Algeria. This is considered one of the most important legal means adopted by the Algerian legislature.
The forms and mechanisms of legal protection of the environment through administrative control have varied in Algerian legislation, including preventive and deterrent solutions that are expected to contribute significantly to combating recurring environmental violations in Algeria.
