dc.description.abstractالملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على نوع العلاقة الموجودة بين البيئة التنظيمية الداخلية كفعالية المؤسسة الجزائرية أو الكشف على نوع العلاقة بين العوامل التنظيمية والوظيفية كفعالية مؤسسة نزل المالية قطاع مديرية أملاك الدولة بخنشلة، أو كيف تساهم البيئة التنظيمية الداخلية في تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة سلفا من طرف المؤسسة. Abstract : The study aimed to identify the type of relationship between the internal regulatory environment and the effectiveness of the Algerian institution or to reveal the type of relationship between the organizational and functional factors and the effectiveness of the financial hostel sector of the Directorate of state property in Khenchela, or how the internal regulatory environment contributes to achieving the goals set in advance by the institution.
