Abstract
تشير الجرائم الإلكترونية إلى الأنشطة الإجرامية التي يتم تنفيذها باستخدام الإنترنت أو الأجهزة الإلكترونية. وتتراوح هذه الجرائم من الاحتيال عبر الإنترنت وسرقة الهوية إلى الهجمات التي تستهدف شبكات الكمبيوتر والبيانات الشخصية. ويتطلب التحقيق في هذه الجرائم مهارات تقنية متخصصة لجمع الأدلة الرقمية وتحليلها بشكل قانوني وفعال لتعقب الجناة. ويعتمد التحقيق على التعاون بين وكالات إنفاذ القانون المحلية والدولية لمعالجة التحديات التي تفرضها الطبيعة المعقدة والعابرة للحدود الوطنية لهذه الجرائم. والهدف ليس فقط مقاضاة الجناة ولكن أيضًا فهم أساليبهم لتطوير طرق أفضل لمنع مثل هذه الجرائم في المستقبل.Cybercrime refers to criminal activities carried out using the internet or electronic devices. These crimes range from online fraud and identity theft to attacks targeting computer networks and personal data.
Investigating these crimes requires specialized technical skills to legally and effectively collect digital evidence and analyze it to track down perpetrators. The investigation relies on collaboration between local and international law enforcement agencies to address the
challenges posed by the complex and transnational nature of these crimes. The goal is not only to prosecute offenders but also to
understand their methods to develop better ways to prevent such crimes in the future.
