| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: تعالج هذه المقالة التحدي كبير الذي واجهته الثورة الجزائرية،و المتمثل في طرح فرنسا لمشروع فصل الصحراء عن الجزائر كرهان جديد،بعد استحالة حسم المعركة عسكريا،جهزت له إمكانيات مادية وعسكرية،حتم على قيادة الثورة بناء استراتيجية مضادة،شملت توعية الجبهة الداخلية بخطورة المشروع.وتنوير الرأي العام الدولي بحقوق الجزائر في الصحراء،توجت في النهاية إجبار فرنسا على العدول عن حساباتها الاستعمارية والاعتراف بتبعية هذا الإقليم للجزائر، حقيقة تكرست في اتفاقيات ايفيان 1962، وجاء تكريس هذه المكاسب في مختلف مواثيق الدولة الجزائرية بعد الاستقلال، بداية بدستور 1963، وانتهاء بالدستور الأخير لعام 2020،علما ان المسالة تجددت بطروحات واجندات أخرى ،ودائما تحت التأثير الفرنسي الرامي الى إحياء الجمهورية الصحراوية، باصطناع أزمة دول الساحل الإفريقي Abstract: This article deals with a major challenge faced by the Algerian revolution, represented in France proposing the project to separate the Sahara from Algeria as a new bet, after the impossibility of resolving the battle militarily, the material and military capabilities were prepared for him, necessitating the leadership of the revolution to build a counter strategy, which included educating the home front about the danger of the project. The international year for Algeria’s rights to the Sahara, culminated in the end forcing France to renounce its colonial accounts and recognize the subordination of this region to Algeria, a fact enshrined in the Evian Accords of 1962, and the consecration of these gains came in the various charters of the Algerian state after independence, beginning with the Constitution of 1963, and ending with the last constitution of the year 2020, knowing that the issue was renewed with other proposals and agendas, and always under the French influence aimed at reviving the Sahrawi Republic by fabricating the crisis of the Sahel countries. | |
