Abstract
ملخص:
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور المراكز المتخصصة في إعادة إدماج الأحداث المنحرفين في الوسط الحضري، من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت بمركز خنشلة المتعدد الاختصاصات لحماية الشباب. وانطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية محورية مفادها: إلى أي مدى تسهم هذه المراكز في إعادة تأهيل ودمج الأحداث المنحرفين اجتماعيًا ونفسيًا؟ وقد اعتمدنا في تحليلنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إضافة إلى أدوات ميدانية شملت الملاحظة والمقابلة.
أظهرت النتائج أن أغلب الأحداث المنحرفين ينحدرون من أسر مفككة وظروف اجتماعية هشّة، وأنّ خدمات المركز تتركز على التكوين المهني، الدعم النفسي، والتأطير التربوي، لكنها تعاني من نقص في الإمكانيات البشرية واللوجستيكية. كما تبيّن أن نجاح الإدماج يتطلب تعاونًا مؤسسيًا يتجاوز حدود المركز نحو الأسرة، المدرسة، والمجتمع المحلي.
Abstract:
This study aims to explore the role of specialized centers in reintegrating juvenile delinquents into the urban environment, through a field investigation conducted at the Multi-disciplinary Youth Protection Center in Khenchela. The research addresses the core question: To what extent do these centers contribute to the social and psychological rehabilitation of delinquent juveniles? The study relied on a descriptive-analytical method and employed field tools such as observation and interviews.
Findings revealed that most juvenile delinquents come from broken families and precarious social conditions. The center’s services focus on vocational training, psychological support, and educational supervision, but are limited by human and logistical constraints. The study concluded that successful reintegration requires institutional collaboration beyond the center, involving families, schools, and the broader local community.
