Abstract
الملخص : يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة موضوع التوسع الحضري وظهور المدن الجديدة في الجزائر والتغيرات الناتجة عنه في كل من النسق القيمي والعقائدي ، ولهذا فقد تم الكشف عما تعرضت له المدن الجزائرية منذ القديم من مشكلات اجتماعية بسبب الاكتظاظ السكاني باعتبارها امتدادا عمرانيا وحضريا للمدن القديمة ، ولكن بنمط عمراني حديث لتأخذ شكلا جديدا تتجدد من خلاله جميع جوانب الحياة الحضرية من جهة ، و معرفة أهم الخطط التنموية المنتهجة لإنشاء مدن جديدة من جهة أخرى ،حيث خلص البحث إلى فكرة أساسية مفادها أن المدن الجديدة بالجزائر بعد سياسة التوسع الحضري تعرضت إلى عدة تغيرات سواء في القيم والمعتقدات أو من ناحية العادات الاجتماعية الجديدة التي تعتبر دخيلة نوعا ما على المجتمع العربي عامة و الجزائر بصورة خاصة ،ما يعني أن المدن الجديدة بحاجة إلى إعادة ربط بينها وبين المدن القديمة لتكون عبارة عن امتداد عمراني حضري وثقافي .
Abstract : The aim of this research is to know the issue of urban expansion the emergence of new cities in Algeria and the consequent changes in both the value and ideological patterns ,for that reason, what the Algerian cities were exposed to since old times from social problems because of overcrowding being considered an urban and popular extension for vintage cities, but in a modern urban style to take a new form through which all aspects of urban life renew on one hand, and knowledge of the most important development plans for the establishment of new cities on the other hand ,Therefore the research concluded that the new cities in Algeria, after the policy of urbanization, have been subjected to several changes both in values and beliefs or in terms of new social customs which are considered somehow exotic to the Arab society in general ; Algeria in particular, which means that the new cities need to be Re-linked to the old cities so that it would be an urban and cultural extension
