| dc.description.abstract | الملخص تعد مشكلة التأخر الدراسي من أكثر المشاكل التي تؤرق كاهل الأولياء والوسط التربوي، بل هي مشكلة يمكن أن تمتد لتشكل خطرا على المجتمع والدولة ككل، لأن نشأة جيل متخلف ثقافيا من شأنه أن يكسر دولة كاملة ضاربة الجذور؛ فازدهار المجتمعات والدول يكون بتعليم أبنائها وثقافة شعوبها. ونظرا لخطورة هذه الظاهرة على مستويات عديدة فقد كانت محط اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين والمختصين قديما وحديثا، محاولين تشخيص هذه الظاهرة ومعرفة أسبابها والسبل إلى علاجها، والوسط التربوي في الجزائر هو الآخر لم يغفل عن هذه الظاهرة وحاول وضع استراتيجيات لمحاربتها عن طريق إرساء معالم التعليم المكيف. Academic underachievement represents one of the most pressing challenges confronting both parents and the educational system. It is not merely a pedagogical concern, but one with far-reaching implications that may threaten the stability of society and the state at large. The emergence of a culturally and intellectually underdeveloped generation can undermine even the most well-established nations, as the advancement of societies is intrinsically linked to the education of their youth and the cultivation of an informed citizenry. Due to the multifaceted impact of this phenomenon, it has garnered considerable attention from scholars and specialists across different eras. Efforts have been directed toward diagnosing its underlying causes and exploring effective intervention strategies.
