| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين البروفيل النفسي وسوء استخدام الأدوية لدى فئة الشباب، مع التركيز على السمات الشخصية والديناميات النفسية المؤدية إلى هذا السلوك. استند البحث إلى نموذج العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية، باعتباره إطارًا نظريًا لتحليل السمات النفسية، حيث تم دراسة مدى تأثير العصابية، والانبساطية، والانفتاح، والقبول، ويقظة الضمير على سلوك التعاطي. كما تم التطرق إلى دوافع التعاطي النفسية والاجتماعية والبيئية، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لمادة البريغابالين التي تشهد انتشارًا متزايدًا في أوساط الشباب. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود بروفيلات نفسية محددة لدى المتعاطين، تتسم بارتفاع العصابية، وانخفاض في الضبط الذاتي والدعم الأسري، مما يعزز القابلية للانخراط في سلوك التعاطي. وقد اختيرت أربع حالات سريرية لتحليلها نوعيًا وكميًا، بما يتيح فهمًا معمقًا للسلوك الإدماني لدى هذه الفئة. تسعى هذه الدراسة لتقديم مساهمة علمية تساعد في الوقاية والتشخيص والتدخل العيادي المبكر. Abstract : This study aims to analyze the relationship between the psychological profile and drug misuse among youth, with a particular focus on personality traits and psychological dynamics underlying this behavior. The research adopts the Big Five Personality Traits Model as a theoretical framework to assess how neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness influence drug misuse behavior. Special emphasis is placed on Pregabalin misuse, which has shown alarming prevalence among Algerian youth. The study explores psychological, social, and environmental motives behind this phenomenon. Findings reveal distinct psychological profiles among users, marked by high neuroticism, low self-regulation, and weak familial support—factors that increase vulnerability to addictive behaviors. Four clinical cases were selected for in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, offering a comprehensive understanding of substance misuse patterns. This research seeks to contribute scientifically to the fields of prevention, diagnosis, and early clinical intervention. | |
