dc.description.abstract:الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور التدريب الإلكتروني في تحسين خدمة العمومية وللإجابة على اشكالية هذه الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها تم اختيار مركز تسهيل المؤ سسات الصغيرة والمتوسطةة لولاية خنشلة ميدانا للدراسة , كما تم تصميم استبانة مكونة 17 مسؤولاوتم توزيعها على عينة قصدية قوامها 30 مفردة من العمال الذين خضعوا للتدريب الإلكتروني في مركز وبعد تبويب SPSS البيانات والتأكد من صدق و ثبات فقرات الا ستبا نة والقيام بالعديد من الاختبارات الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية الإصدار 23 توصلت الدرا سة إلى النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة ارتباط قوية بين التدريب الإلكتروني والخدمة العمومية بحيث اصبح التدريب الالكتروني أصبح و سيلة لتوفير التدريب للأشخاص الذين لديهم الرغبة في تطوير المعرفة والمهارات بطريقة مرنة وتتنا سب و ظروفهم دون الحاجة إلى أعباء إضافية بتكلفة أقل وبصورة أكثر ملائمة وإمكا نيات واحتياجات المؤ سسات وبتكلفة أقل وتحقيق أهداف المؤ سسة بمواكبة التغيرات ورفع كفا ءة المو ظفين وبللتالي تقديم خدمة تتصف بجودة في اقرب وقت في .مدة زمينة قصيرة summary This study aims to know the role of e-training in improving the public service, and to answer the problem of this study and test its hypotheses, the center for facilitating small and medium enterprises in the state of Khenchela was chosen as a field for the study, and a questionnaire consisting of 17 officials was designed and distributed to an intentional sample of 30 workers. Those who underwent electronic training in a center, and after tabulating the data and ensuring the validity and stability of the questionnaire items, and carrying out many statistical tests using the SPSS statistical packages version 23, the study reached the following results: There is a strong correlation between electronic training and public service, so that electronic training has become A means to provide training for people who have the desire to develop knowledge and skills in a flexible manner and commensurate with their circumstances without the need for additional burdens, at a lower cost and in a manner that is more appropriate to the capabilities and needs of institutions and at a lower cost, and to achieve the objectives of the institution by keeping pace with changes and raising the efficiency of employees and by providing quality service in the shortest possible time Short time .
