dc.description.abstractيعتبر الأثر النسبي للعقد من حيث الأشخاص من أهم المبادئ والقواعد الراسخة في القانون المدني الذي ينص على أن آثاره عموماً لا تضر ولا تنفع غيره. الأطراف المتعاقدة وأحكامها مثل التركة والعام الخاص والائتمان، فإن الأثر النسبي للعقد من حيث الأشخاص يخضع لاستثناءات قانونية واتفاق ينص على أن تنتقل آثار العقد إلى الطرف الثالث الأجنبي بالنسبة للمتعاقدين. متطلبات يقرها العدل واستقرار المعاملات.
