Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التعليم العالي في دعم وتثمين مخرجات الابتكار، وذلك من خلال التركيز على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالابتكار والتعليم العالي. لمعالجة هذا الموضوع تم الاستعانة بمؤشر الابتكار العالمي الخاص بالجزائر خلال سنة 2022، من خلاله يمكننا الوقوف على مدى مساهمة الاستثمار في التعليم العالي في تثمين مخرجات الابتكار. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الرأس المال البشري سواء كانوا طلبة أو أساتذة والمناهج التعليمية المتطورة، وارتفاع حصص التمويل الموجهة لقطاع التعليم العالي، يمكن أن يساهم في تحقيق مخرجات الابتكارية. This study aims to know the role of higher education to support innovation outputs, by focusing on the main concepts as: innovation and higher education we will try to treat this subject by used the global innovation index of Algeria in 2022, Through we can determine the extent of the contribution of investment in higher education to valuing the innovation outputs . This study concluded that: human capital,advanced education curriculums, and the higher financing shares oriented to the higher education sector, can contribute to the achievement of innovation outputs.
