| dc.description.abstract | تعد العلاقات الصينية الجزائرية من أبرز الشراكات الإستراتيجية الشاملة والتي تميزت بالانسجام والتناغم بين الطرفين، والتي ترجمت على شكل مشاريع استثمارية وتنموية في الجزائر الأمر الذي جعل الصين تستخدم تلك العلاقة الثنائية كإطار معزز لتحقيق أهداف سياستها الخارجية للتوسع والتغلغل نحو إفريقيا. تسعى الصين لكسب المزيد من الدول لتأييد موقفها تجاه قضية تايوان باعتبار أن الجزائر دولة محورية في منطقة شمال إفريقيا، كما تَعُد الصين الجزائر أكبر سوق لتوزيع فائض إنتاجها وبوابة آمنة للدخول إلى القارة الإفريقية من خلال ميناء الحمدانية الذي سيربطها بقلب إفريقيا لتعزيز التجارة الدولية في المنطقة وتحقيق الأمن الطاقوي لها.
