Abstract
ادت حتميات عديدة الى اعتبار الجزائر دولة محورية وجيواستراتيجية في منطقة شمال افريقيا والساحل الافريقي في مواجهة التهديدات الامنية الاقليمية التي تعاني منها هذه المنطقة، خاصة خلال الاربع سنوات القليلة الماضية لمالها من تجربة رائدة في مكافحة هذه التهديدات خاصة فيما يتعلق منها بظاهرة الارهاب. حيث تراهن العديد من دول الشمال والساحل الافريقي على الاهمية الجيواستراتيجية التي تحظى بها الجزائر اقليميا ودوليا في مكافحة التهديدات الاقليمية من منطلق انها الدولة الاكثر استقرارا في المنطقة بالإضافة الى الامكانات المادية والبشرية الهائلة التي تزخر بها في الميدان.
Several imperatives have led Algeria to be considered a pivotal and geostrategic country in the North African region and the African
Sahel in the face of regional security threats that afflict this region, especially during the past four years due to its wealth of pioneering
experience in combating these threats, especially with regard to the phenomenon of terrorism. Many countries in the North and the African Sahel are betting on the geostrategic importance that Algeria enjoys regionally and internationally in combating regional threats on the grounds that it is the most stable country in the region, in addition to the enormous material and human capabilities that it abounds in the field.
