dc.description.abstractالملخص : تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع التحول نحو التعليم الرقمي وأثره على أداء الموظف, حيث تمثلت إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل عن كيفية تأثير التعليم الرقمي على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي ,هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على هذا الأثر, ومحاولة الكشف عن تأثير التكنولوجيا على دقة العمل المنجز للأستاذ الجامعي, ومعرفة كيف تؤثر المعرفة على استخدام الأدوات التكنولوجية, تنبع أهمية الدراسة من الأهمية البالغة لموضوع التعليم الرقمي في الوقت الحاضر, وتتجسد في ابراز أثره على الأداء الوظيفي, وتحديد الصعوبات التي يوجهها الأساتذة في هذا النوع من التعليم بالإضافة الى أهمية النتائج المتواصل إليها. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، تم إجراؤها خلال السنة الجامعية 2024|2025 على مجتمع بحث شمل 89 أستاذ من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، اعتمدت الدراسة على استمارة الاستبيان مقسمة الى ثلاثة SPSS, محاور محور البيانات الشخصية، محور المتغير المستقل، ومحور المتغير التابع، ونم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج توصلت الدراسة الي ان التعليم الرقمي يساهم بشكل ملحوظ في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي من خلال تسهيل عملية إيصال المعلومات وتفاعل الطلبة وتنويع أساليب التدريس كما أظهرت ان استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية يرفع من دقة المهام البيداغوجية, بينت الدراسة ان بعض الأساتذة يواجهون صعوبات بسبب نقص التكوين وضعف البنية التحتية ونقص الأدوات التقنية مما يؤثر سلبا على الأداء المطلوب وأكدت الدراسة أهمية إدراج برامج تكوينية دورية للأساتذة لرفع كفاءاتهم ومواكبة التحولات الرقمية, وبينت الدراسة ان التعليم الرقمي لم يعد خيارا بل ضرورة لضمان جودة التعليم الجامعي ومواكبة التطورات في التعليم العالي Summary of the study in English : The study addressed the topic of the transition towards digital education and its impact on employee performance where the main research problem was represented by the question of how digital education affects the performance of university professors the study aimed to identify this impact, attempt to reveal the effect of technology on the accuracy of completed work by university professors, and understand how knowledge influences the use of technological tools. The importance of the study stems from the great significance of digital education in the current era, and it is embodied in highlighting its impact on job performance, identifying the difficulties faced by professors in the type of education results. The study adopted the descriptive methodology and was conducted during the academic year 2024\2025 on a research population that included89professors from the faculty of social and human sciences. The study relied on a questionnaire divided into three sections: personal data, the independent variable, and the dependent variable. Data was analyzed using SPSS software. The study concluded that digital education significantly contributes to improving the performance of university professors by facilitating the process of delivering information, student interaction, and diversifying teaching methods, it also showed that the use of technological tools. Conversely, the study indicated that some professors face difficulties due to a lack of training, weak infrastructure, and a shortage of appropriate technical tools, which negatively impacts the desired performance. Therefore, the study emphasized the importance of implementing regular training programs for university professors to enhance their competencies and keep pace with digital education is no longer an option but a necessity to ensure the quality of education and to keep up with developments in higher difficulties due to a lack of training, weak infrastructure, and a shortage of appropriate technical tools, which negatively impacts the desired performance. Therefore, the study emphasized the importance of implementing regular training programs for university professors to enhance their competencies and keep pace with digital transformations. The study concluded that digital education is no longer an option but a necessity to ensure the quality of university education and to keep up with developments in higher education,
