| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : شهدت التجارة الخارجية الجزائرية في البديات الأولي من الإحتلال بطء في حركة المبادلات التجارية،بسبب ما تنفقه على االحملات العسكرية، والمجاعات والقحط ،التى شهدتها هذه الفترة ،غير أن فرنسا لم تقف على هذا بل سعت إلى تنشيط التجارة بكل الوسائل ،منها المؤسسات التجارية ، والبنوك المالية، والموانئ وسكك الحديد التى كانت تخدم مصالحها من الناحية المالية والتجارية ، لأنها من الوسائل الفاعلة في ربط التجارة الجزائرية بفرنسا، رغم الصعوبات التى توجهها والسيطرة على المناطق الإقتصادية .. Abstract : Keywords Algerian foreign trade witnessed in the first years of occupation a slowdown in the movement of exchanges what it spent on military campaigns, famines and drought, which the merchants witnessed during this period, but France did not stand on this but rather sought to revitalize Trade by all means, including commercial institutions, financial banks, ports and new railways that served its interests from a financial and commercial point of view, because it is one of the effective means in linking Algerian trade with France, despite the difficulties it faces and controlling economic zones. | |
